List & Moderation

In this report, we can see and moderate the given comments by users from the emotional sensors®

Go to Comments in Visualize menu.
Then go to List and Moderation.

To see the comments in this report, first you have to enable the comments and comment buzz from the emotional sensor® creation flow.
refer FEEDBACK THEMES post to know how we can add comments for the emotional sensor®.

Select the particular emotional sensor® from Select survey (1) drop menu.
Then you have to select the comment type from appeared drop menu in front of the Select survey menu.

There are two types of comments in emotional sensor®

  • Comments in survey pages (2).
  • General Comments (3).

If you have select comments in survey pages (2), you can compare the given comments with associate responses of the questions in the emotional sensor®.
To select the questions for responses, click ‘Associate responses of(4) drop menu and select the particular question.

Review the Feedback table for details of the comments.
Page (5) : Page name in particular comments.
Aspect(s) (6) : Name of the comment field on the page.
Emotes (7) : Responses for particular questions in the page.
Text feedback (8) : Submitted comments
Time (9) : Submitted time
Moderate (10) : This feature is not available for comments in pages type.

To see the General comments(3) for selected emotional sensor®, select General comments from the drop menu.
Feedback aspect (11): name of the comment field
Text (12) : Submitted comments.
Count (13): How many comments are submitted for a particular comment.
Moderate (14) : allow approve/reject/edit the comments
Author (15 ): Name of the user
Rating (16): Given rating for the comment
Time
(17) : Submitted time

General comment Moderator.

To moderate the comments, go to Feedback table in General comments.

Approve comment: Click Approve(18) button(right mark) in moderator section.
Reject Comment: Click Reject (19) button (cross mark) in moderator section.
Edit Comment: Click Edit (20) button and do necessary changes and click Update (21) button

Add filter

We can filter the comments from the responses date.
To make a date filter, set the From (22) and To (23) date from the calendars.
