In this report, we can see the recent customer comments for the particular sensor and share these comments on social media.
Go to Comments in Visualize menu.
Then go to Infographic.
Select an Emotion Sensor® from the Select survey(1) drop down menu.
Generate Infographic
To generate infographic. select the sentiment type as Positive (2), Negative (3) or Neutral (4).
Select desired comments and click the Generate infographic (5) button.
Share desired comments on social media
To share on Facebook, click the Facebook (6) button and login to facebook and share.
To share on Twitter, click the Twitter (7) button and login and share.
To share Pinterest click the Pinterest (8) button and share.
Download infographic.
To download the desired comments as in the image, click the download (9) button.
