Anonymous responses option lets users to choose whether they want their respondents to be identified or not. This feature is most useful when sharing the Emotion Sensor® on email and collecting responses on KIOSK mode.

When sharing Emotion Sensors® on email, respondents can be either tracked or not tracked. To collect responses anonymously (not to track respondents), select the Emoting type as Anonymous when launching the email campaigns.

Note: Even when the Emotion Sensors® are shared on email, if anonymous emoting type is chosen, individual respondents cannot be tracked. Furthermore, Emoter Journey of those cannot be tracked either.
