The profile data records update when the user has submitted different enterprise data from Emotion Sensor® UI.
To update new data in profile data records, Submit loyalty data(1) as already captured in the Comm-center and submit enterprise data (2) from virtual pages in Emotion Sensor®.
Then go to Comm-center and search for the profile data record.
Select enterprise hierarchy fields as columns to view.
The new enterprise data has been updated for the profile data record as below.
