Report an Issue is provided to the users who interact with the platform to inform any problem, suggestion or Question to the emojot team.
To navigate, go to the dashboard menu and select Help and click on the Report an Issue.
Then the user can view a survey. After selecting the particular response user can enter the feedback and click on the submit button. Then the emojot team gets informed regarding the provided feedback.
