A new report has been introduced to visualize response score frequencies as a histogram. This can be applied for survey campaigns like GHQ12.

Comm – Center Improvements

User Creation

Now new users can easily be added to Comm-center from a UI form.

Campaign Filtering

Built-in filter to list down people who have responded to email or SMS campaigns initiated from the Comm-center.

Campaign Status

Comm-center users can initiate reminder Email/SMS campaigns from the initial campaign. The platform automatically synchronizes the status across all these reminder campaigns.

Improvements to the 360-degree feedback mechanism

360 Degree Feedback Report

A separate 360-degree feedback report has been introduced with “Self” vs “All raters” comparison. This can be shared as a personalized report with subjects in evaluator lists. The overall view can be shared with preferred individuals/groups of the organization.

Users can now update and delete evaluator lists.

Improvements to survey UI

Survey Preview on Social Media

The orchestrators can set their own social media thumbnail images and titles for surveys. These will be displayed when a survey is shared on social media.

Emotional Analytics on Survey

The Geo Map and Pulse meter analytics can be configured to be shown only on the survey “Thank you page” which can be used as a tactic to motivate users to respond.

Emo Signature

Survey deployment is now faster and flexible with non-hierarchical field support for enterprise hierarchy model.
