To upload bulk survey responses, the response upload configuration should be configured to the specific survey. Contact the Emojot technical team for this configuration.
Go to Settings >> Response Upload.
Select the specific survey from the survey drop down and then click on Download Template (1) to download the template for the specific survey.
Add survey responses to the downloaded template file and save it with a suitable name.
Then click on Choose file (2) select the saved file and click on Upload (3).
