To create a Score Analysis report, first create an Emotion Sensor® with scores. To add scores, please refer the article on add scores to emoticons.
Go to Score Analysis report under Analyze in the menu.
Select the Emotion Sensor® from the drop-down in front of Survey and the questions from the drop-down in front of Question that need to be added to the segment and hit Add.
When the questions are added, it appears as below. Add a Segment name and Load the segment in a widget.
The report can be drilled-down in different ways. To change this, select either Single or Multiple as the drill-down type and select the Enterprise Hierarchy from the drop-down below and hit Refresh.
When the segments are loaded in widgets, it looks as below.
Enter a meaningful name for the report and Save it so the report can be viewed later.
- Saved reports can be viewed from the drop-down in front of Current Reports.
- Currently loaded report.
- 4. 5. To Update/ Save as new / Delete the saved report, click on the respective buttons.
To change the number of widgets that should be loaded into a row, change the number from the drop-down (6).
To drill down Score Reports into Individual Level, click Individual responses in the appeared tooltip.
