Login to Emojot Reach-out Portal using a unique code.
- Add new member – enter name, mobile and email of the new personnel and click on Add to group
- Group members – members whose details are already added to the group
- Select All / Unselect All – click on these buttons to select/unselect all the members

- Edit icon – to edit the details of a member, click on this icon
- Delete icon – to delete a member from the group, click on this icon
Select the member or members you want to share the Emotion SensorĀ® with. No. of selected members will be shown at the bottom of the table.
Select the method to share the survey (either SMS or email). Once the method is selected, it opens up an option to select the survey. (In this case there are only two, which can be configured based on the requirement)
Once the survey is shared, a message pops up to schedule the results report.
To schedule the report, select the time and click Schedule.
Once the report is scheduled, it will be shared with the chosen members.
