Virtual pages are pre-selected for the loyalty users (these users’ profile data are already captured) whose enterprise hierarchy data is already captured in the Comm-center. Virtual pages appear before the Emotion Sensor® questions.
Virtual page preselections happens according to the following flows,
- Capture profile data first and Enterprise hierarchy enabled surveys: The survey should have capture profile data first feature and enterprise hierarchy enabled, as well as emoter’s enterprise hierarchy data should have already captured through the platform.
The above user’s EH data is already captured through the platform. If that user emotes to the capture profile data first enabled and enterprise hierarchy enabled survey, his/her EH path gets matched with the EH path which is already captured in the Comm-center. So the virtual pages get preselected and those pages get skipped from the Emotion Sensor® UI. The user can view the Emotion Sensor® after entering the profile data. They can view the preselected virtual pages by going back by clicking the previous button.
2. Email, Enterprise hierarchy and capture profile data first enabled survey: Send the survey through email or SMS to the user whose enterprise hierarchy data is already captured in the Comm-center.
If the user’s EH data is already captured in the comm center and when they receive the survey through email and they load the survey the virtual pages get preselected and those pages get skipped from the Emotion Sensor® UI.
