Comment Categories & Sentiment

Go to the dashboard, click on the Menu, Visualize and go to the Comments and select Comment Categories & Sentiment.

Select a survey from the Select survey dropdown and select pages from the Select pages section to view particular page comments in the report. Add date filters and add emo signature filters using the Emo Signature drill-down and click on the Refresh button to view the changes.

Comment categorization – Automatic

If the selected survey comment fields contain the sentiment analysis and the comment categorization as Automatic.

Those add comments get categorized under different categorize automatically. (Users can change those categories manually).

Comment categorization – Manual

If the selected survey comment fields contain the sentiment analysis and the comment categorization as Manual.

Those add comments categorized under None.

The pie chart gets drawn according to the comment categories.

Negative and Positive comments

Added comments get categorized under the sentiments as Positive, Negative and Neutral. (Users can change the sentiment manually.) By selecting the particular category from the drop-down it allows users to filter out to view the sentiment breakdown of the selected category comments. To view the respondent journey of the comment, click on the comment icon at the end of the comment.

Comment by category

The categorized comments are shown as the Comment category, Count and Breakdown. Users can filter out the comments using the category and the segments.

If that survey contains user profiling those users’ names get added under the Autor, otherwise it shows as Anonymous.

To download the excel file of the comments click on the Export button.

Update comments

To update the comment click on the cogwheel icon near the particular comment and update the comment, add or change Category and change the Sentiment of the particular comment.
