Emojot DIY Refund Policy

This is Version 1.0 of the Emojot DIY Refund Policy.

Cancelling your DIY subscription plan before the end of the subscription period means you’ll have access to the features available under the subscribed plan until the end of the subscribed term. If you need to renew your subscription again you have to reach out to us at info@emojot.com. Upon cancellation of your DIY subscription plan, an automatic refund will not be given for the remaining days of your subscription plan.

If you only require a paid plan only for a short time period, you can choose our monthly plan and cancel your subscription after your usage. In accordance with our terms of service, when you cancel your subscription, previous charges won’t be refunded unless legally required.

If you delete an account on your team, you won’t lose access to paid time left within your subscription and you can add another person and keep going as long as the number of allowed users are within your subscription plan.
