Additional descriptions can be added to emoticons (answers) to elaborate the answers more.
Add descriptions
To add descriptions to answers, go to Design step in sensor creation
Click on the cogwheel icon on the top right corner of the emoticon box and select Description.
Add the description inside the box provided in Add description popup and Apply.
Then click Next and Update the sensor.
Once a description is added to the sensor, emoters (respondents) can see a small icon at the bottom of the sensor emoticon as below.
Once an emoter (respondent) clicks on this icon, the added description can be seen.
Edit descriptions
To edit the descriptions of sensor responses, click on Edit sensor icon on sensor widget on My sensors page.
Go to Design step in sensor creation and click on the cogwheel icon on the top right corner of the emoticon box and select Description.
Do the necessary editions and click on Apply.
When the sensor contains user emotes, it can be either archived or replaced.
Once the editions are done, Update the sensor.
