There are two types of states in Emotion Sensors® They are Active & Inactive.
By default, the state of the Emotion Sensor® is Active. Emoters (respondents) can access and emote (respond) to active surveys. When a survey is active, it’s mentioned on the survey as below.
Emoters (respondents) cannot access or emote (respond) to inactive surveys.
To make the survey inactive, go to Publish step in Survey creation. Click on the drop down in front of State option and select Inactive.
When a survey is inactive, it’s looks like below.
- Red bar at the top of the survey emphasizes that the survey is inactive
- Inactive in Red
