Enterprise hierarchy details can show in the Emotion Sensor® title. These EH details are related to the user who is going to emote to the particular survey. Those EH data should be added inside the curly brackets {} as showing in the bellow.
Those EH details should be similar to the Enterprise hierarchy excel sheet column headers.
Or you can find those header details in the Add Enterprise Hierarchy fields as profile data attributes in the Enterprise hierarchy report in Settings.
Once the user whose EH data already captured in the comm center gets the particular survey through the mail, user can view his/her EH path in the survey title.
