Emojot 9.7.2 – What’s new?

Sensors

File upload through Emotion Sensors™

With this release, we have introduced the capability to upload files through Emotion Sensors. This can be applicable in various use cases such as;

  • Uploading images to provide evidence/context to CX sensor responses
  • Images and supporting documents as evidence in audit/compliance processes
  • Uploading feedback in voice clips
  • Uploading screenshots in website sensors to highlight issues

Admins can define the accepted file types and sizes subjected to Emojot platform limits. All uploaded files are automatically checked for malicious content to ensure maximum security. These files can be reviewed using either Respondent Journeys, Incident Journeys or Dynamic Alerts.

“Status Tracker” to check survey completion

Status Tracker can be used to check the completed sensors when users have to navigate through multiple sensors and respond. This capability is mostly useful in situations where respondents have to complete a checklist which covers multiple aspects. The respondents can monitor the progress of each aspect (completion of the sensor) using the Status Tracker in real time.

Incident Management

Dynamic survey generation based on Incident Journey responses

This capability is most useful in situations where sensor questions should be dynamically generated based on the previous responses given for a particular incident.

Sample use case from compliance process automation: Dynamically generate an onsite audit sensor based on the findings and highlighted areas in a document review round. This reduces onsite audit time and effort as the auditor has to only focus on specific areas which have been funneled through the document review stage.

Capability to send condition based alerts in incident workflows

When incident workflows are set, different admins can be alerted during different workflow stages. This newly released feature allows to target these alerts based on context of the incident. More targeted alerts leads improved team productivity as the actions for the alerts can be taken by the most appropriate person.

Find exceptions in the sensors and report in later stages of the Incident workflow

The ability to find exceptions in sensors and report the same in later stage of the incident workflow is introduced with this release. This is done based on the score based rules defined in the incident workflow. All the responses which ascertain the rule are forwarded to the following stage as exceptions, and can be attached in the alert emails in Excel format.

Sample use case: Report unsatisfactory/uncompleted items to the final reviewer in a compliance process. This reduces final reviewer’s effort and time spent on manually scanning the compliance journeys to identify the exceptions in the process.

Analytics

Real-time scoreboard capability

With this release, we are introducing the sharable real-time scoreboard capability, which ranks the respondents based on the results they have scored for quiz type sensors. This newly released feature will suit you best, if you are looking for a gamification experience for your organization’s HR programs such as team bonding activities/games, interactive training sessions or etc.
