Score based alerts
With this release, users can set business rules to send alerts based on the score value of reseponses. The reachback email content and receivers can be customized based on score ranges and threshold values. This is helpful for segmenting respondents and providing proper reachback.
Upgraded emoji store in Emotion Sensor® creation
The emoji store contains lots of different emoticons, icons, etc. that are useful in Emotion Sensor® creation. Orchestrators can now search for suitable emoticons inside the store.
Improvements for 360-degree reports
Text feedback support for 360 report
With this release, 360 evaluation reports are supported with text feedback capabilities. Received feedback/comments can be viewed and categorized based on evaluators’ role. Furthermore, the same can be analyzed based on Enterprise Hierarchy too.
CC/BCC support option for 360 individual report share
When sharing 360 individual analytics report, the same report can be either CC’d or BCC’d to necessary parties such as HR.
User profile fields validations in Comm-center
User profiling fields such as email, contact numbers as well as user defined fields can be validated in the Comm-center. With this capability, users can validate the data fields they enter and it minimizes addition of false data due to human errors.
