Allow engagement
To engage with the emoter (respondent) based on the emote (response), enable the toggle in front of Engagement in Publish step of Emotion Sensor® creation and Update the Emotion Sensor®.
This can be used to redirect the emoters (respondents) to watch a video, to send an SMS/email, to an advertisement, or to another sensor based on the emote.
Select the engagement rule
When engagement toggle is enabled, Engagement rule option becomes visible.
Select the relevant engagement rule from the drop down to assign and Update.
*Rules which are listed down here come once an Engagement Rule is created from Engage menu.
