Profile Data Capturing
To collect details of the emoters (respondents), enable the Profile data capturing toggle in Publish step of sensor creation.
Enabling this opens another option below Profile data fields.
Tick the fields that should be used to capture the details of the emoters.
*At least one unique field (telephone/email) should be selected to identify the emoters uniquely.
**When Enterprise Hierarchy fields are added as profile data fields, those attributes will also be shown here.
***If these fields should be captured as profile data fields, select them as well.
****If users’ data has already captured, when users load the sensor again, only unfilled data are displayed.
Profile Data Capture Message
To add a message to display to the users when capturing loyalty, add the text in the box Profile data capture message to be displayed to the user in front of Profile data capture message .
Capture Profile Data First
To capture profile data before users start emoting (responding), enable the toggle in front of Capture profile data first.
To capture profile data at the end, disable the toggle.
