Tabular Chart Responses

Tabular Responses allows you to view and filter out all the responses accordingly depending on the questions and responses.

Lets get into how you can go through the categorized responses that you receive from your Sensor in a Tabular format.

Below you can see a sample view of what you can expect once your Emotion Sensor starts gaining responses.

Tabular Filtering

Now lets go through how you can filter out the responses while having a tabulated view of the responses from the Emotion Sensor™. It starts with the small pink colored funnel icon on the right hand side of tabular display.

Below are the filtering options that are available:

  • Survey – Select the survey/surveys that needs to be displayed in the tables.
  • Date / Time – The timeline from which the data needs to be shown can be filtered from here.
  • Options – This allows you to filter out partially completed responses, change the details shown on the tables etc.
  • Manage Report – This gives the ability to share/ manage shared reports. You can have a detailed walkthrough about it below.

Share and Manage shared reports

After creating the report user can share it through email. Click on the Share button and add one or more email addresses (separate using “commas”) and add relevant Notes and click on the Share button to share the report.

To manage the shared report click on the Manage shared report button. This shows all the shared reports with the shared time and the email addresses. By clicking on the Revoke button, it removes the access capability of the particular user.
