By ranking responses, emoters (respondents) can compare the given options in order of preference.
To allow ranked responses, go to Design step in sensor creation.Click on the cogwheel icon in front of question box and go to Settings.
Then Question settings window pops up and enable the toggle in front of Allow multiple choices.
When this is enabled, Allow ranking option appears. Enable the toggle in front of this and Apply.
