Assign score
By assigning scores to the responses, a common indicator can be derived to compare between sensors/questions/etc.
To assign scores to responses, go to Design step in sensor creation.Click on the cogwheel icon in front of question box.
Then click Assign score min to max or Assign score max to min.
You can assign score as min value to max value or max value to min value.
Then scores will be assigned to the responses according to your selection.
Edit score
To change the assigned scores, click on the cogwheel icon in front of question box and select Assign score value min or max order.

Click on score box and change values by manually or by clicking increase and decrease arrowheads on the appeared box.
Remove score
To remove assigned scores, click on the cogwheel icon in front of the question box and click Remove score.
