Word clouds can be generated based on text feedback given to an Emotion Sensor®. These are generated based on the relative importance of the words found in the comments. Businesses can easily identify the areas that needs to be improved at a glance using this capability.
To access the report, go to Analyze >> Sentiment Analysis
Select the Emotion Sensor® from the drop down in front of Select surveys (1), the pages with comment fields from Select pages (2) and Refresh.
If the selected Emotion Sensor® has collected comments, a word cloud is generated as follows.
To generate the word cloud only for a particular sentiment, select the sentiment (Positive, Negative, Neutral)
