Emojot 9.6.1 – What’s new?

Emotion Sensors™

Save & continue responses

With this release, a new capability is introduced which allows respondents to save the survey and come back later to finish their response. Respondents can pause and save the responses at any given time. When they return, they have the option to either resume or to restart the survey from the beginning.

Deployment

Filtering capability in Comm-center

Now Emojot’s Comm-center supports filtering based on the time which the contact data has been uploaded. This allows users to easily filter out recently uploaded contacts and rollout a campaign.

Label change > “Loyalty Capturing” to “Profile Data Capturing”

The term “Loyalty” has been changed to a more generic term, “Profile Data” throughout the platform.

Analytics

SMS deployment status report

Now, the admin type users are able to schedule automated SMS deployment Excel reports. The report includes details (including Emo-signature parameters) of all the SMSs that have been sent via Emojot platform.

Responder Journey view improvements

If scores are configured for the survey, the score values for each response is shown in the Responder’s Journey. Journey stages can be expanded or collapsed for easy navigation.

Incident Management

Incident lifecycle status change based on survey responses

With this release, the capability to change incident status automatically based on a survey response is introduced. This capability reduces the cumbersome manual work admins have to do when reviewing incidents.

Application Security

Automatic logout option

When an admin type user is logged into either Emojot Dashboard or CX Portal, the user will be automatically logged out after 30 minutes. Thus, data protection in the platform is in compliance with international data security regulations.
