Introducing One time – Survey Option
With this release, we have introduced a new option “One time Survey” to Emojot’s Comm-center email and SMS flows. When an admin selects this option while deploying emails through Comm-center, it allows users to respond to the deployed survey only once. This capability is useful when sending reminders to recipients who haven’t responded to the survey. If users try to respond to the survey more than once, they will not be allowed.
Score Based Thank You Page
A user interface is designed to define thank you page messages based on the score. This UI can be used to create and edit the message that needs to be shown to the respondents depending on the score they receive at the end of the survey.
Improvements to Engagement Alert
This is an extension for Covid-19 Screening Solution. This feature plays a huge role in situations where respondents try to manipulate clearance codes to obtain clearance or to avoid clearance intentionally. The admins receive emails/SMSs alarming about the malicious activities.
UI/UX Improvements to Comm-center
When Comm-center records are updated, the version history is recorded and can be checked. This feature is useful when identifying suspicious record updates.
GDPR Compliant Cookie Consent Banner
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regulation requires the cookie banners to inform users of what data will be collected, how it will be collected, for what purposes and with whom the collected data will be shared. Now, Emojot Sensors® have the capability to display GDPR cookie consent banner. This capability can be either turned on/off from the dashboard as required.
