With this release, orchestrators can embed the Emotion Sensors® into the email itself. Therefore, respondents can respond to the survey on the email without needing to open a new tab. With this newly introduced capability, you’ll be able to:

  • Give engaging, interactive, and actionable email experience to the respondents
  • Offer a new level of personalization
  • Increase response rates

Ability To Drill Down Score Reports Into Individual Level

Now, users can drill down both Score Analysis and NPS Analysis reports to see how each individual has responded.

Introducing Customer Profile Validations

Orchestrators can define validations for customer profiling fields. This is useful when adding customized loyalty entries to surveys to capture respondents’ data.

Improvements to Incident Management

Customer Journey is available now on Incident Management. This is useful in tracking customers’ timeline along with the incident timeline. An option to track time spent on tasks is also introduced.
