Customized Thank You Pages
With this release, the capability to customize thank you page note based on user’s response is introduced. Orchestrators can now define rules which will show different thank you page contents based on user responses.
Improvements to Incident Management
Incidents can be managed and tracked easily from the system-generated incident numbers and other various details.
Along with the improvements to the Incident Management, a report is introduced to check the analytics of the reported incidents. The report can be accessed on: Incidents >> Incidents Overview.
Option to “Report an issue”
The option to report issues/suggest improvements/ask questions is available now on Emojot dashboard, CX portal and website.
Improvements to Emoter Interaction Report
A new page timing widget has been introduced in emoter interaction report. It shows the total and average times spent by users on each page of the Emotion Sensor® and number of times they visited on each page. This report widget can be found on: Emoter Interaction >> Time spent on pages.
Score reports improvements
The chart tooltips of scoring reports has been upgraded to show response counts on each data point. This capability can be used in NPS analysis report to get Promotor, Passive and Detractor counts instantly.
