Word Cloud Report
With this release, the ability to generate word clouds based on text feedback given to an Emotion Sensor® is introduced. These are generated based on the relative importance of the words found in the comments. Businesses can easily identify the areas that needs to be improved at a glance using this capability.
Improvements to Dynamic Alert Report
Now, “Dynamic Alert Report” can be exported as an Excel file.
Emote Labeling for Pulse Meter Reports
This newly introduced feature helps users to add labels to identify responses. Therefore, on Pulse Meter reports, responses can be identified easily and the report won’t look cluttered with lengthy responses either.
