To add inbuilt questions, click on the cogwheel on the left of the page and select Add inbuilt question.
From the drop down menu, select the Type (Customer Satisfaction Indices/Demographics) and Sub type (NPS/CSAT/CES1/CES2 or Age/Gender/Marital Status) and Apply.
