After the configuration is complete, you can observe the added filters at the top of the report, along with a set of tabs that provide an overview of the brand’s social media presence.

  1. Added Filters – Filters that have been added to the floating filter will be displayed here.
  2. Total Mentions – Total number of times the specified brand has been mentioned
  3. Social Reach – Number of users you have potentially viewed or engaged with the specified brand.
  4. Social Engagement – Level of interaction(Likes, Comments, Shares, and mentions) the specified brands have received.
  5. Sentiment Analysis – Automated categorization using ML to identify positive, negative, or mixed sentiments.
