360-Degree Feedback Analytics

Once the 360-Degree Feedback Roll-out is done, next step is to check the necessary analytics.

Go to Analyze >> Score Overview >> 360 Overview

  1. Select the 360-degree feedback survey from the drop-down in front of Survey
  2. To create segments, choose the relevant questions from the drop-down in front of Question and hit Add. Use appropriate names to identify the segment names properly.
  3. Current Reports – reports that have been saved so far are listed here
  4. Manage report – change these settings to manage the report (Update, Save as new, Delete)

To hide columns or rows with N/As, tick the appropriate box below.

  1. To share the overall report, click on Overall Share and add relevant details
    1. Emails from list – to select email addresses from a list that is already created in the Comm-center, tick this box
    2. List – select the list from the drop down
    3. From Name – name to share the report
    4. Email Subject – add an appropriate subject for the email subject
    5. Report Title – add an appropriate title for the report
    6. Note – a note to the receivers
    7. Click on this to share the report
  2. Individual Share – to share the personalized report with each individual, click on this and fill out the fields appropriately and share
