360-Degree Feedback Roll-out

To send out the 360-degree feedback emails, please follow the below process.

Prepare the employee contact details list

List down the names and email addresses of the employees who will be participating in the 360-degree evaluation.*Go to Comm-center and upload the list of employee details.

Identify the employees and evaluators

Each employee who is participating in the 360-degree evaluation will be evaluated by different evaluators.

Evaluator types can be defined on the requirement (Example: self, colleague, supervisor, subordinate, etc.)
Go to the Settings tab on Comm-center and download the sample sheet.

Create a CSV based on according to the sample as below and upload it.

If Enterprise Hierarchy should be appended with the evaluator list, please follow the below format.

*One employee can be an evaluator and an evaluatee at the same time.

Verify evaluator data

After uploading the evaluator details to Comm-center, the below icon will be visible in front of each evaluator.

When click on that icon, a window pops up revealing the relationship between the evaluators/evaluatees.

Create the Emotion Sensor®

Create a sensor, either from a template or from scratch. (Please refer to the section Create an Emotion Sensor®)

Create email templates

Email templates should be created when sharing the sensors on emails. 

To send emails in a more meaningful way, different email templates should be created as there are two types of evaluation (self and evaluators)

Go to Comm-center and click on Compose.

  • 360-degree self (only) evaluation email template

After adding the content of the template, tick the box in front of 360 Feedback

Once this box is ticked, it opens a dropdown menu asking to select the 360 Feedback Mode

Select the Only self rating for the self rating email template.

Then click on theSave template.

Enter a name to identify the template easily and Save.

  • 360-degree usual evaluation email template

After adding the content of the template, tick the box in front of 360 Feedback

To personalize the email content for each employee, place holders can be added to the email body as below.

$SubjectName$ captures the name of the evaluatee. $evaluatorRelationship$ shows the elevator/evaluatee relationship.

Once this box is ticked, it opens a dropdown menu asking to select the 360 Feedback Mode

Select the Exclude self rating for the self rating email template.

Then click on Save template.
Enter a name to identify the template easily and Save.

Deployment

  • Self-rating campaign

To deploy the self-rating campaign, go to Comm-center and select the self raters (employees who should be evaluated)

Then click on Compose.

In the Compose view, click on the Template. Then Select template pops up and select the 360 self (only) evaluation email template.

Click on Send. Use an appropriate name to identify the campaign easily in the pop-up window.

  • Usual-rating campaign

To deploy the usual-rating campaign, go to Comm-center and select the raters (employees who should evaluate others)

Then click on Compose.

In the Compose view, click on the Template. Then Select template pops up and select the email template you have created for the usual rating campaign.


(In this scenario, the email template created for normal evaluation is 360_normal)

Send the emails by adding an appropriate campaign name.

Campaign Status

To view the status of the campaign, go to Email campaigns under Campaigns tab in Comm-center, which looks like follows.

This view shows how many evaluators have received/ opened the email and clicked on the link.
