Extend sensor profile lookup to support multiple profile fields
Respondent profiles can be looked up with a unique key (Email, Mobile Number or other custom unique key) and loaded into the Emotion Sensors. With this release, we have implemented custom validations into that which will give you the flexibility to execute your own business policies/rules. For instance, you can use this to prevent inactive/resigned employees from responding to your annual employee satisfaction survey. No more worries in time consuming, costly manual data sanitations and removals after a deployment 🙂

We have moved the filter section of the Workflow Management table and reports to top right corner of the screen as a clickable button. This provides a more compact UI and reduce the user effort while navigating through the page. Mathematical expression support for workflow triggers
When designing a workflow for your digital transformation project, we believe that you should not be restricted with the capabilities in the platform you choose. If you want to assign scores to your employees based on their on-time customer inquiry completions as a KPI, just go ahead and add it to your WFM specification! We’ve got you covered with our new formula evaluation type triggers 🙂
You can now define any complex formula with standard mathematical operations, associating workflow fields as parameters, which will calculate and assign the output(s) into predefined fields. Those values can be further analyzed with WFM reports.
Multi select type custom workflow fields
We have extended the WFM custom fields to support multiple choice type data fields. This helps you to model your complex workflow data structures in an optimal way rather tweaking around it which will give you unpleasant surprises in longer run 😉
