Revamped User Management Flow
Is User management a pain in your digital transformation project? Are you struggling to control access in your multi-tenant deployments? With Emojot’s user management capability, this will be yet another efficient task in your journey!
We have significantly revamped the entire User Management flow to improve the end-user experience. You will notice the new wizard-based user creation flow which starts by asking user’s email. If the email already exists, you will be given the option to attach the user to the existing account. The user can access the CX portal/ dashboard and switch between the accounts from the top bar drop down as shown below.
Analytics & Business Intelligence (ABI)
Filter Section Revamp
We have moved the filter section of several reports into the top right corner of the screen as a clickable button that pops up the filters. This will provide a more compact UI and reduce the user effort in navigation in the page.
We started this revamp from the Workflow Management (WFM) Platform and our team is working on introducing this for all the reports in the ABI platform as well. We have released this new filter section for several reports in this release including Main Emolytics dashboard, Pie Chart and Tabular report and Score-based analytics reports.
