Emojot 10.1.2 – What’s new?

Emotion Sensors™

User profile context (Enterprise Hierarchy) based actions in the Emotion Sensors™

Now, admins can define rules to disable the questions/ comment fields based on the respondent’s profile context. These personalisation actions are activated after the sensor is loaded and profile data are keyed in. This is an extension to Emojot’s unique brand personalization capabilities as users do not need to load a personalized link in order to activate these actions. This also can be extended to fine-grained personalizations including individual user level.

Advance validator implementation for date type inputs

Admins can define past/ future date ranges and disable entering future dates. This also restrict respondents from entering inputs out of a pre-defined date range which helps in maintaining higher data quality immensely.

Bulk Response Uploading

Revamped Excel based bulk response uploading capability

We have improved the bulk response uploading feature with a better way of handling errors that occur when uploading the Excel files. The failed records are properly communicated to the account admins via emails. Furthermore, we have implemented advanced validators to validate date inputs and EH based sensor actions replicating exact sensor behaviors.

Workflow Management (WFM)

More controls to enhance the workflow governance

With this release, we have introduced more options to improve the control and governance of the workflow. This includes:

  • Verification on stage transition
  • Workflow data input restrictions based on user role/ workflow stage
  • User role based read-only field definitions

Automated workflow entry data sync with user profiles

Now, customizable workflow triggers are introduced to synchronize workflow updates with user profiles. This linkage between workflow and user profiles helps to maintain more data driven controls over sensors and analytics while supporting the organizations to reduce siloed data in their customer centric digital transformation journeys.

Update workflow fields based on sensor responses

Rules can be configured to update any inbuilt/ custom workflow fields including file input type fields from sensor responses. This automated workflow field update capability helps to reduce effort in manual updates and data reconciliation.

Overdue alerting

Alerts can be triggered to the most appropriate admin segments based on predefined workflow overdue rules. Hereafter, you won’t miss any critical complaints/ issues from your customers! 🙂

Advances workflow management filtering

Workflow management filters have been revamped by introducing:

  • Historical filters
  • Custom text field-based searching
  • Revamped UI/UX in the filter section

Analytics & Business Intelligence (ABI)

Introducing matrix view for 2D analytics of the workflow management dashboard

This newly introduced matrix view gives a better clarity and organizations can identify problematic areas in their WFM processes easily.

Backend improvements in ABI platform

The efficiency of data handling has been significantly enhanced with this release to give you the most cost effective customer centric digital transformation solutions!
