Preview option for media file upload through Emotion Sensors™

With this release, a new sophisticated feature is introduced to the Emotion Sensors™. Admins can define the response palettes in such a way that the respondents can see different response palettes based on their deployment context. This capability comes in handy when the same sensor should be shared with stakeholders within the same organization, but fall into different entities. Emojis or icons, response text, etc. can be personalized based on the branded look and feel.

Enterprise Hierarchy based emote theme personalization

With this release, a new sophisticated feature is introduced to the Emotion Sensors™. Admins can define the emotive themes (response palettes) in such a way that the respondents can see different emotive palettes based on their defined Enterprise Hierarchy level. This capability comes in handy when the same sensor should be shared with stakeholders within the same organization, but fall into different entities. Emojis or icons, response text, etc. can be personalized based on the branded look and feel.

Sensor response draft saving

Respondents now can save there draft sensor response in the server side. This will be helpful to complete long sensors in several iterations

Analytics

Improvements to respondent’s journey

When a campaign is deployed (either email or sms), the status of the campaign appears on the respondent’s journey. From this view, admins can check whether the particular respondent has received/ opened/ clicked/ responded to the shared campaign.

Email campaign data export

The email campaigns that are deployed on Comm-center can be exported in Excel format. The downloaded data contain all the information of the user profile information and segmentation data.

Case Management

Ability to export cases

Case management is one of the versatile products we offer at Emojot. With this release, we have introduced the capability to download reported cases in the CSV format.

Convert Case Management data into process journey visualization

With this release, case management data can be converted into process data. Therefore, process journey maps can be generated for these data. This gives the capability of tracking and identifying loops in the case management flows.

Ability to create cases within Case Management

With this release, a new capability is introduced to create cases inside Case Management itself.

User Management

Assign the CX portal view for the users

With this release, admin users in the accounts can be assigned/reassigned to the available CX portal in the account. This simplifies the access controlling for dashboard analytics.

Security

Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

MFA has been introduced to the platform with this release. This uplifts the platform security to a new level.
