Create a user list or select a user to send an email campaign
We can send an email campaign for created user lists or selected user/s from Contact list. Please refer to the article Contact lists in Comm-center for more information.
If you want to send an email without creating a user list, you can select the contactsfrom the Contact tab and send the email.
When launching an email campaign, we recommend selecting up to a maximum of 20,000 records per campaign.
Launch the Email Campaign
Click Compose button.
Select Email from ‘Message type (1) drop menu.
Select the Emotion Sensor® (survey) from ‘Survey to embed‘ (3) drop menu.
Enter From email (4), From name (5), Reply-To (6) and Subject (7).
Email subject is a mandatory field.
Fill the email body.
You can embed the survey URL or survey questions by clicking Embeded (8) button in Compose window.

Select Emoting (9) type and Click ‘Send‘ (10) button.
Emoting types that are available:
- Anonymous – the respondents journey will not be captured. The email can be forwarded and other recipients also can respond to the embedded survey. This should be selected when a survey is not embedded to the email.
- One-time Survey – recipients can respond to the survey embedded in the email only once.
- One-time Campaign – recipients can respond to the campaign only once.
- Continuous – recipients can respond to the survey embedded in the email continuously. But, when the email is forwarded to a third-party, other recipient cannot respond to the survey.
If you want to send this email as 360 email campaign tick on ‘360 Feedback’ checkbox and select evaluator list and 360 Feedback Mode from drop menus.

You can use the email template to send emails.

Enter ‘Campaign name’ and Select ‘ Push through ‘ type from drop menu.
Then click ‘Proceed‘ button and send an email for selected users.
Review campaign details
To check the campaign details, go to ‘Campaign’ tab and select ‘Email campaign‘.
For each email campaign, we have the following status analytical information. Each status displays as a count and as a percentage from the total sent.
Add filter for campaign table
To filter the campaigns from Name, Date, Subject, Sent date, Performance percentage value, click Filters on the campaign page.
Then enter the filter data and click ‘Apply’ button.
Campaign Email Summary
To see the summary of the campaigns, select a campaign and click on Campaign email summary button.
To download the summary report, click Download report(2) button.
Delete campaign
To delete the current campaign records, select campaigns which you want to delete and click Delete button.
Download campaign
To download a campaign or campaigns, select the campaign (or campaigns) by ticking the box before the campaign and click on the download icon.
Campaign record details
To see the campaign details of each user, click row in the campaign table.
Then you can see the summary of Delivered, Opened, Clicked and Responded count of the users.
Resend the emails for campaign users
Go to campaign detail window.
Add a filter from Filter(1)drop menu.
Eg: Delivered, Responded, Not Delivered, Delivered and not Opened, Opened and not clicked etc..
Then click ‘Compose‘ (2)button and send an email for filtered user status in drop menu.
