We can create user list/s for selected users in the Contact tab.
To create a user list, Go to Contacts (1) tab in Comm-center
Then a window pops-up and asks for login credentials as the Comm-center contains PII (Personally Identifiable Information).
Select particular users (2) and Click ‘Save to list’(3) button.
Then enter the List name (4) and Save(5).
If we want to add a new user to the existing list, select the user and select the list name from ‘List name‘(4) drop menu and ‘Save‘ (5).
Select/Deselect and Refresh the records in the current page
To select the all lists in the current page, click Select all in current page(6) button. (righ mark)
To deselect the all/selected lists in the current page,click Deselect all in current page (7) button.
To refresh the current page,click Refresh(8) button.
Delete selected records
To delete the created lists, click the Delete(9) button.
Send an email/SMS for selected user lists
We can send emails or SMS for created user lists.
To select the relevant lists from the table, ticked on the checkboxes (10) in front of the list names.
Click Compose (11) button.
If you want to send an email, select Email from the Message type drop menu.
If you want to send an SMS, select SMS from the Message type drop menu.

View user details in lists
To view the user details in current user lists, click View(12) button in Details column.
Select/Deselect and Delete the users in a created list.
Go to list view by clicking ‘View’ button in ‘Details’ column in the table.
To select all users in the list, click Select all (13)button.
To deselect all/selected users in the list, click Deselect all (14) button.
To delete selected users in the list, click Delete (15) button.
Search users in the lists
To search the users in the lists, Enter the name, email or phone number into the Search (16) field.
