Respondent Journey capability provided by Emojot platform plays a huge role when identifying respondents’ behavior in granular level. Respondent’s journey can be viewed on Comm-center as well as under Comment Categories and Sentiment report.
Go to Comm-center and click on the heartbeat icon on the contacts table. To view the Respondent Journey, first unmask PII by providing the password.
Once clicked on the heartbeat icon, the below view pops up.
The above view shows all the sensors the user has responded. By default, the Collapse and hide survey views box is ticked. When this is unticked, sensor views also can be seen, which is depicted in the below image.
If the Show email campaigns box is ticked, the status of email campaigns that have been shared with the respondent can be seen as below.
If a particular status is achieved, then the circle around the status turns into green. According to the above image, the email campaign has delivered, opened and clicked, but not responded (responded status is in red).
The other filters available in the Respondent Journey are mentioned below.
- Show – Two options are available under show filter.
- All – Show all the submits of a sensor. If a respondent has submitted responses multiple times, all those will be listed in the Respondent Journey.
- Last Submission – Show only the last submission. Even though a respondent has submitted responses multiple times, only the last submitted response set will be shown in the Respondent Journey.
- Order by – Two options are available under order by filter.
- Submitted time – The list of surveys the respondent has submitted can be sorted based on the submitted time.
- Survey name – The list of surveys the respondent has submitted can be sorted based on the sensor name.
